I think it’s important to prioritize your goals and really focus on the most important one.
Focusing on my Goal
My number one goal right now is building up my practice and helping as many people as I possibly can get out of pain and heal their injuries using prolotherapy, so they can get back to being active and training hard.
So, I’ve lost track of what week of prep I’m on and have not been making update videos. Oops!
